Working for the department of human services (DHS) has always seemed interesting to me. If you’re reading this and you’re a social worker can you tell me a little bit about what you do daily?

I'm not a social worker...

However, I do know that it takes a very patient, sympathetic, firm and strong personality to do social work....

I think the best social workers are those with a lot of life experience themselves... I mean, it is very difficult to help and empathize with people who have problems you can't relate to....

Then again, just having energetic, fresh, outgoing and positive people can be enough to inspire people to improve themselves....

If you're passionate about it, then I say go for it!!

Though I don't have much idea about it, I would say you should try business and get rich. After you are rich, you'll be able to do loads more social works than you would do as a social worker.
