My daughter got hers when she was 13 and sh'e now 15 and gets them off on March 4. My son got his when he was 11 and that was too young, we didn't care for them properly, he got punched in the mouth(severe injury) and I had them removed too soon, his teeth are terrible. He's now 21. So, not before age 13-14 for sure.

Not until after all their adult teeth are in of course, but sooner is probably better than later because having braces is socially hard to deal with for any child I think.

12 or 13 is the normal age that children get braces, but i've seen younger kids with them.

About 12 to 13 when Jaw is formed. Not earlier.
A Doc said that. Later , another one wanted to make money and did it early. It spoiled her jaw. And did nothing to help. We re-did the whole thing after she was 12. Double payment too.

It varies. Some kids don't get all there second teeth until they are older. They sometimes have to wait to get braces.

anytime between 12-14. becoz then they get them off before they are too old, and can have that extra bit of self confidence.
