Intrauterine pregnancy means that the fetus is inside your uterus. There are other types of pregnancies such as ectopic which are abnormal where the fetus is growing inside the fallopian tube or on the ovary. These pregnancies are not viable and the mothers miscarry. Other times the pregnancy can be abdominal where for some reason the fetus attaches to the mothers abdominal wall. Surprisingly I've seen cases on tv where women carried those babies to term. But either way, don't worry you're pregnancy is normal being intrauterine (inside the uterus). The baby is in the right place :) Congratulations!

There are no precautions for you to take, intrauterine simply means within the uterus. In other words a perfectly normal pregnancy. Congratulations!

Condition in which the fetus doesn't grow as large as he or she should while in the uterus. These babies are small for their gestational age (SGA) and their birth weights are below the 5th percentile.

It means it is in your uterus. Sounds normal to me.
