i lend smone my money but he has nt given me back.its now 2 months ever since, whenever i call him he gives me empty promises, i called him and said between the week which of couse we dont meet.and during weekends he pretends to be busy...what will i do ,i want my money back

If you can prove that you gave him the money (check, emails, recorded phone calls) you can take him to the small claims court and get your money back.

you will call him one more time, and say gimme the money now, and he'll blow you off, and you'll learn never to lend money again.

talk to him privately to tell him you need the money already if this fails then go to his office or his house then shout that you need to get your money back because you need it urgently... it has been 2 months already ! ! !
