First off, there is no such thing as safe sex. The only 100% effective birth control is abstinence (no sex at all) If you are going to have sex then "safe sex" would consist of birth control, using condoms, not letting him ejaculate inside of you and even the "pull out method" does not work. Then, there are also STD's you need to worry about and there is no way to keep you from getting those except abstinence. Just remember, every guy you sleep with you are basically having sex with any girl he has slept with so be careful!

Safe sex means Safe from Sexual Transmitted Diseases (HIV, HSV1 and 2, Hepartitis A, B, and C, and other diseases that is transmitted sexaully), safe from having pregnancy.
Using condoms will prevent from both STDs and pregnancy but using birth control pills and other methods only will prevent from pregnancy. Note: all safe sex methods aren't 100% safe. You can get STDs as well as can be pregnant (if you are female) if you don't know how to use condom properly, if condoms break, expired or defected. If you miss a day to take birth control pill or it's expired, or your body doesn't response to that anymore for some reasons, then you can also get pregnant. (if you are a female). However, in order to be safe, use condoms properly to avoid both Stds and pregnancy. if you choose to use birthcontrol pills, then do not forget to take it regularly and always check expiration date. Other methods such as injections or inplants, patches will be the same or similar in effects.

Safe sex is sex using something to protect yourself and/or your partner from getting pregnant, and(hopefully) from getting any Sexually Transmitted Diseases(STDs). Your best bet would be to practice safe sex using two methods of protection - one for birth control (to prevent pregnancy) and another to prevent the STDs. You and your partner should talk to a doctor before having sex about what methods are available and would be best for you, and which ones can be used together. (some cannot be used together if you want them to work and not tear or break, or stop working, or cause you to have too many hormones in your system - overdose)

IT DEPENDS ON HOW OLD YOU ARE. Don't be a tease and say no if virginity is something you think most men would value in the woman they want to marry. I'm sure the computer might have scientific answers, as well as your school system.
