Depends which part you're opening and how much you've restrained him in the first place. Medieval executions allowed for the drawing out of the intestines so your opening should be in the belly area ( I'd be interested to know if leeches like estate agents have any guts to begin with). Just make it nice and painful.

dont join the un-godly , price pushing, double talking , un-informed gang, but now you do need some solid qualifications (about time ), but if you have any sort of values its not the job for you, but if just to make money any way you can, best of luck
