My girlfriend says that I am extremely paranoid and that it is affecting our relationship. She told me that she is now worried about my enemies coming back to attack her. I told her not to worry about it and that she too is paranoid. She says she doesn’t want that in a relationship. I feel that if I changed from being defensive all the time… that I will let my guard down and I would be taken out. What should I do? Do I need to change? If so I will I love her a lot. It’s not an excuse but here is my diagnosis—paranoia personality disorder.

Do you want to change? Are you unhappy with who you are? If so, it would be a good thing to change...but for your benefit, not someone elses

"my diagnosis - paranoia personality disorder" - I doubt it, you're probably just afraid of losing someone you love and in doing so are likely doing just that.

Who's trying to "take you out?" And what are you doing to be in that position? Whatever you're into, get out of it. You risk losing your girlfriend and maybe even your life.
If there is no one trying to"take you out" then go find a therapist. You probably have some delusion of granduer to believe you're such a threat others need to kill you. It's easy to get addicted to the world of drama.
I do wish you luck though, you see the nature of your behavior and it's potential effects. I think you know what needs to be done. Be true to yourself and others.

I think you need to think again if you are not doing anything wrong... you have nothing to worry... if you have done bad things... it will return to you... Karma is now DIGITAL!!!

If not, my suggestion, relax... nothing to worry about... Most people don't care... Those who do care are either psychotic or God's angels on earth...

Remember, you are the one who chooses what is going to happen. Do good deeds. If you have done harm, you need to amend the damages so no one else will do you any harm... be genuine in doing this and things will turn out well.

Have courage, once you do you will find out things will go for the good...
