Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort in Tuaran, Sabah and Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort in Kota Kinabalu, also Sabah.
What is the stress limit of your wallet? Both resorts go for from US$ 100 to US$ 1000

The Best will costs you. If you can't afford to spend, don't ask for the Best. There are world class resorts (and less expensive ones) in Thailand (hill, beach), Malaysia (beach), Indonesia (hill, beach) - you will find something suitable to destress in anyone of these 3 countries.

if u really have the cash, i suggest u stay at andaman resort of at the datai..
