I was at my sisters, and started watching a new cable channel, BBC America. I started watching a couple of episodes of HEx. What I got barage with is imagery of cocaine use. I saw it on Hex, I saw it on commercials for In the City and Footballers wives. Cocaine use is very rare in US TV and usually restricted to movies that is showing on TV. Marijuana use is becoming more common. I swear that soon I'll see Dr. Who rolling up a dollar and snorting a line on a mirror.

Wow - I knew they were different than us on a few opinions (they said nothing wrong with Clinton and Lewinsky - what were we making a big deal of it for?).............but open drug use???

Well - in the early days, when it was freely in Coca-Cola (hence the name), etc....there supposedly wasn't as much of it and crime was down.........??
