Wow, how can you get best answer for this one.. lol
Well Ive been to most of Europe, Canada, America, Thailand, Mauritius and Canada seemed to be up there with the best but that might be cause they seemed to have more of an English humour and less like the Americans which i thought it would be before i went... But saying that i went to Rome last week for my Birthday and was pleasantly surprised how nice they were....But if i had to choose i would say Canada

Out of all the places I've been to, I'd have to say I've had the least problems in the Netherlands. Plus I have to say that, out of all of our European cousins, they are the most similar (socially) to us Brits.
