The Bible says to forgive 49 times 49 times...redundancy if your a forgiving person you won't develop ulcers but then in does depend on the offense...Cheating...not even once...Saying the wrong thing at the wrong time thousands of times I forgiven that
in the end I suppose it's what you can live with and who you want to see in the mirror.

Well it all really depends. With most people you only get one and a half chances with me. If you stab me in the back, or let me down then I will only 1/2 trust you, and never fully let you back in. In a relationship there is not a second chance... you screw me over once and your dunzo.

I think its 2...but the first second chance already sucks...so the 2nd second chance means you have very little patience and you expect things will not go well...thats the point where you have to decide if its all worth it to you.

I'll give a second chance on a second chance, but wait a minute, doesn't that become a second chance again?

I'll give as many as I have to, to get the desired effect or whatever, or until I just get tired of waiting, Whichever comes first.
