Well, like humans, the cat is gonna be subjected to 7 years of bad luck. So, more than likely, if the black cat crosses the path of a vehicle, it's gonna get run over, every year ... for the next 7 years. It's a good thing cats have 9 lives eh? :P

i see two different circumstances and folk lore, multiplying in a mythology of superstitions that pretend to make people think they are cursed more than 3x or 10x the reality of existence.
