They may visualize something but not the same as a sighted person (unless they once had sight).
Their recognition of items, objects and/or emotions will be different i.e when i think of a sunny day i think of a burning sun and clear blue sky, they won't. Their recognition might be of heat and a freshness in the air.
I don't think it's a question that can truly be answered, if you ask a blind person they may say yes they can, but their perception of visualization is different, they may not actual truly understand the concept of visualizing, imagine if you could not smell, how could someone describe it to you.

The blind who are blind because of an accident that caused them to lose their vision will still have dreams like the rest of us; they generally dream of images involving people and animals. However, blind people who have been blind all of their lives and thus have no grasp on what the world looks like tend to have much more abstract dreams. We also cannot analyze these because we cannot see peoples' dreams and the blind, not having ever seen anything with their own eyes, cannot accurately describe their dreams to those who CAN see. We can infer, though, that these dreams are abstract and not having any images that we, who can see, would be able to easily understand.

Of course they can. Their blindness only affects their physical eyes, not the "eyes" in their minds. I don't know what it's called, but there is a state of sleep where you are consciously aware of what you are dreaming about while you are asleep and when you wake up, you can remember what it was you were dreaming about and you remember what your dream looked like. It's the same for blind people. You don't have to have actual vision in order to see a dream.

Well... you don't actually see dreams, they are a psychological effect, so yes, blind people do "see" them, because the eyes are not required.

This all depends on whether they have had sight at all in their lifetime. If they have not had sight, then they will dream in sound. Also they do not have REM (rapid eye movement) as sighted people due during "REM" sleep...their eyes remain still during dream sleep. If they have had sight before approx. age five they can have "sighted dreams" and report "seeing"" and hearing" dreams.
