An infants suppository. Check with your doc first, but this is what was given to my kids and my stepdaughters baby at about the same age.

From about 3 weeks old to very recently (6 months) my boy would do a healthy colour and consistency poo about once every 5 to 7 days. He is breastfed and health workers assured me that there was nothing to worry about, he was just a very efficient baby, ie he used nearly everything he ate. He did get a bit grizzly in the days leading up to a poo - and farty - but on the whole it was great to have less stinky nappies to change. Once, early on he went for 10 days which was a worry. The doctor recommended getting him to drink water or trying a very gentle baby-ok laxative in consultation with the pharmacist. Also, gentle clockwise stroking around the stomach is meant to stimulate digestion and bowel movement, as is gently massaging the buttocks when nappy off. I tried all three with good results. I still do the massage when I think it's needed and it certainly seems to work. Now he is eating solids regularly he seems to be more of a once a day boy. Check with you doctor/health worker. Meanwhile enjoy less nappies!

are you breastfeeding? if you are, it can be normal to go a few days between bowel movements. Just make sure you he has enough wet diapers during the day.
Otherwise, I've seen many people have luck with the lubricated qtip method.
Lying the baby down on his back, and putting his legs into a squat helps "relax" that nether region, and many babies after putting their babies in that position see their babies go.
A nice tummy massage, is also a good way.

There is a product called coloxyl oral drops , the label says "to relieve cnstipation in infants. I use it for my baby. You buy it at the chemist. You put it in the milk. It works great, but only if you can bottle feed. If you breast feed maybe you could express and give it that way.

Light Karo syrup in his bottle. Or you can put vasiline on a q-tip and gently put it in his butt. Gross but it works. You can also lay your baby on the floor and pump his legs. Lay him flat and bend his legs at the knees and push then up to his tummy to get those intenstines working.
p.s. no offence but you should never give an infant honey.
