Somehow when I visit a website I get a tracking cookie attached to the website. Is there a Way I can BLOCK those cookies already there by deleting them. And is there a way by program or something to stop them from ever coming back?

Cookies can be deleted in internet explorer by using the menu bar and clicking on tools and then internet options. From here you should be able to click a button to delete all of your cookies.
I would not recommend completely disabling your cookies because it could have adverse affects on the way your web browser works with some secure websites.
If you really want to block them here is how to do it:
from Internet explorer click tools>>internet options>> from here you need to click the privacy tab and then choose advanced.
Once you get to this screen you will be able to choose what type of cookies to block.
Once again I would not worry about this as a security issue but it is definitely good to delete them occasionally.

Many sites will not work if you block all cookies. Most tracking cookies you will want to block are third party cookies.
IE7 open internet options - privacy tab - set to medium (block third party cookies). This setting will only effect new cookies. Old 3rd party cookies will not be removed. Sites can still write to any cookies already created.
Firefox Version 2 does not allow blocking 3rd party cookies in the options settings. You must modify "about:config" per below to block 3rd party cookies

Then install CCleaner to clean out all your unwanted cookies.
Install options: Check “install shortcuts” options only during install.
Open CCleaner.
In widows tab do not check advanced boxes and "autocomplete form history (removes saved passwords)" boxes. Check "cookies" boxes under windows and advanced tabs. Then select “Options” then “Cookies” move cookies you want to save into the save list. Then under Options - Settings then check box - Run CCleaner when computer starts.
After running CCleaner if you still find cookies being installed you want to block, you can manually add the cookies to your browser block list .Cut and paste the cookie information the bottom of CCleaner cookie list page to:
Firefox: Options - Privacy - Cookies - Exceptions list.
Click block tab after pasting.
IE7: Options - Privacy - Sites
Click block tab after pasting.

If the site is on the list of malicious sites then you can use spywareblaster to block the site and its cookies .

Go to
Tools>>Internet Options>>Privacy
and select the level.
However if you block cookies sites will not be able to remember your password.

most of answers above are great to block cookies, but why you want to go to website which gives you TRACKING cookies? it's not safe at all.

You can also download Ad-aware SE personal to remove your cookies and it also blocks spyware and malware.it's free and very useful.that way your computer security will be more secure.
