Is there anything of interest to stop and look at on the way from Bari to Bologna?

Too many to list!! There are so many beautiful cities and small towns on that route, it would be really hard to suggest what to see and what to skip. A lot depends on how much time you have. And it would also depend on whether you are driving or going by train. Can you offer any more details?

I would stop in : Naples, Rome, San Marino Republic, Perugia and Florence :)
