All the details for moving any live animal is on the DEFRA website.
I would think that a rabbit would need to visit a vet before travelling for flea treatment & have proof of that. I also think that it would need vaccinations well in advance & a passport.

they will need to vaccinated for rabbies. however, you will need to wait six months and get a blood test to validate the vaccination before you can travel.... that is effectively the passport.... obivously with vets documents... the vet knows what to do. if the rabbits are already vaccinated, which the should be, then you shouldn't have a problem... the vet will sort it out for you and advise you and travelling could probably happen with in a week as soon as the blood test is through.

Pet passports but don't if you can help it. Rabbits are very easily stressed and don't travel well.
