I doubt even if people within India knows what is "Varatnatyam". It sounds like a dance form from Vietnam!!!!
By the way, the south Indian classical dance form in India is called "Bharatanatyam".

It should be pronounced as BHARATHANATYAM.
This is a classical dance practised in the state of Tamilnadu in India. The founder of of this dance was Baratha Muni. There are several famous artists who practise and perform. They give performance all over the world including western, European countries and USA. In Madras(Chennai) in renowned schools meant for teaching this dance form students from various countries come and learn. One such famous school is KALAKSHETHRA.
