Practice!

Have a friend or family member ask if they'll role-play an interview situation with you. You or they can find some common interview questions, and then they can ask some of them at random. While it's different because you know them, it will allow you to become more comfortable answering questions on the spot and answering questions you don't know are coming.

Another idea is, if there is a branch of the Employment Department near you, find out if they do any mock interviews or workshops on how to interview. If they don't, they may know of a place that offers that service for free.

Understanding that it has to be done and by concentrating on the fact that not everybody can, so appreciate the opportunity to do so.
