I live in Canberra, about 6 months ago I requested a Internet company to give me high speed Broadband conection. They initially told me I should get a land line through telestra and then they will set up my connection after about 2-3 weeks they still could not connect the phone to the internet so I told them I do not want the connection anymore, i.e their service but inspite of this they are still sending me invoice without any shame and asking me for money in a way that there is a connection while that has never exist...what should I do?

That's really funny, they take money and you don't get the services, and they still take money ?

Cant you ask them to solve the problem by adding the net to your home and let you use it free ( for what you paid )

OR stop asking for money and return your money because you never used the net, or you will see them in court. you know what i mean.

(( KEEP THE INVOICE AND THE COPY OF ORDERING FORM FOR THE NET IF YOU STILL HAVE IT ))
