What do i need to do to motivate myself every morning that my job is really for me and I don't have to quit?

It is because I've changed job twice in a one year span.

I've had this problem too. I've quit more jobs than I can count. Are you feeling down in general? It turned out for me that I needed anti-depressants.

If it's not that, remind yourself that most people hate their jobs and just make it habit to think as positive as possible.

Good luck, and remember you're not alone!

The biggest motivator is companies will not hire you in the future.

There is nothing more aggravating for a company then to spend money advertising a position or training etc and have an employee quite.
I would not hire someone that had a track record where they changed jobs every year, let alone 3 in one year.

Money is good, but your integrity is more important. Prove to people that you are committed to doing a good job and accept responsibility for it.

Really, it is up to you to motivate yourself. Look for the brighter prospects in your life, and write down goals to achieve, and a plan of action to achieve them, then follow your plan. Those with a realistic, active plan are more productive and are more likely to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and get out of their funks
