it is just a part of the human attnatomy! and if you like it there leave it there and if you wish to remove it go ahead! clean shaven is sexy! but hair can also be sexy if it is kept clean and neatly trimmed, reallly there is no purpose for pubic hair!

It has been suggested that pubic hair was an aphrodisiac. The purpose was it held the musky smell of both men and women in the thick course hair. We seem to be past that these days. Many men prefer their women clean shaven and many women prefer the sensitivity of clean shaven or removed pubic hair along their genetalia. Most consider sex better with the pubs gone, especially oral.

Decoration? Warmth? Really none these days. The theory is that it traps phermones to help attract a mate, same as armpit hair, but I doubt the well shaven playboy bunnies have any difficulty getting mates now that they've waxed that mess off. I know getting rid of it didn't hurt me any in that department. ;)

scientifically it was believed to have been put there to protect your sensitive areas from being infested with dirt and bugs of sorts like nose hair keeps things out of the nose or eye lashes keep things out of the eyes...my brother says NO! it's to keep your spot warm...anyway. i think both reasons are stupid considering we now have clothing to do it for us! shave the beaver/pecker and evolve with the rest of us. lol

Its to keep your genitals warm and cushiony against your underwear and against your jeans when you are going commando. It's like the hair in your head and all over your body, to keep you warm, and that's it.

it probably had a purpose at one time in evolution, something to do with scent propagation maybe. I believe that, if you're expecting company, don't you clean up a bit? Trim, at least, unless your partner has that fetish.

HAHA..yea..great question. Eyebrows and eyelashes are to protect dust and sweat from getting in ur eyeballs. I guess pubes r just there to protect parts from being seen.
