I agree with Dan821, use goal setting to break what is becoming a bad habit. Don't set the goal too high though, or you will be disappointed in yourself for not achieving it.
Also, try not to let your feelings override your chosen goal. For example, I exercise nearly every weekday morning, before breakfast. I find that sticking to a routine is best, set the alarm and go for a walk or whatever you enjoy doing, but don't let your feelings stop you from achieving your desired goal. Don't get into the mindset, 'it's too cold', 'it's too hot', 'I'm too tired' etc. If you can't get up early, go to bed earlier. Everything is a trade off. If you want to do something, just make the time and do it.
Stop making excuses for yourself and after a while you will have conditioned yourself to (for example) get up early and exercise.
After a while, the process becomes automatic, like driving a car (you do drive don't you!) you don't have to think about what to do, you just to it on a sub-conscience level.

i ALWAYS do dat so now wen i need to do something but think ill put it off i just act as if im a robot and just GET UP straight away whether i want to or not and without thinking about it, also when i excercise and drink alot of water i never seem to procrastinate i think its because it gives me energy!!
