My top fave is Robin Hobb - one of the best writers of fantasy novels. If you like Raymond E Feist - you should definately read Robins novels. Start with The Liveship Traders series (3 books). Then go to the Assassin series - theres 3 books in that one, then another 3 off of that. She has just started releasing another series too.

Brilliant author.

My second fave is also Raymond E Feist. Magician is one of my fave novels.( i love his reason at the end of the book for why the world exists!)
I love it how he takes the story into so many different paths in his other books. It was so great reading about all the different characters in their own books! Pugg, Jimmy the Hand and I loved the series he wrote based on the other world... the servant of the empire series..

awesome stuff...brilliant imagination!!!!
