I suppose you could consider me Wiccan.
No, the man does not have to be the head of the house. Its all based on your choosing on how you want to run your household. I do have to say though, modern wicca holds women in a higher regard (other religions won't let women become priestesses for example), but that does not necessarily correlate to the head of household.

Under normal circumstances the man is the head of the house. But if the man is a jerk, then the woman must not submit, lest she become an even bigger jerk.

My religion is what I believe in, I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. The Bible tells us "Let wives be in subjection to their husbands as to the Lord, because a husband is head of his wife as the Christ also is head of the congregation". This of course does not mean the wife is to be treated as a child or silent partner, but rather that the Husband has the responsabilities of headship.

it should b fair coz both have their own duties & responsibilities 2 keep d family in a loving environment
