I am considering having eyeliner and lip liner permanently tatooed. If you have had this done- how did you find this service? Is there an association of cosmetic tatoo artists?

The best way is to ask a really nice Tatoo parlor in the nearest city. The reason I say this is because you want someone with lots of experience tatooing. The second best way is to get someone who has an extensive photo album and years of experience (at least 10 years doing cosmetic tatoos).
I've seen lots of bad jobs (havent you?) and this is your FACE we are talking about so you cant just cover it up with a shirt ifyou dont like it. Yes their are associations. Get local references tho.
