I thinks its good. But I understand that parents are allowed to reject it on religious or personal grounds. So it'll probably work out allright.
It should be voluntary all the way around.

I know I'd rather have all these young hussies die a horrible death from cervical cancer rather than accept the thought that they may one day drop their drawers and have sex.

Praise Jesus we have our priorities in check here!

He needs to be impeached from office immediately, sued for violation of trust and forbidden to ever into into politics again.

I see that he's a Republican, so I think this will be the last straw for me, and I'm going to re-register as an Independent because of him.

I really think that there are a number of liberals (wolves in sheep's clothing) masquerading as Republicans who are getting into office. This sounds like one of them. You people in Texas really need to get him out - he's one bad apple, judging from this.
