i am 16 yrs girl .i was depressed yesterday night .and hugged my cousin brother.he too hugged me and kissed 2 times on my neck.is it alright ???????he is 21.since then i have been feeling too guilty.

Since he's family I doubt he meant anything by it other than being comforting. If he knew you were feeling down, he may have been just trying to help. Did it make you feel uncomfortable? And why do you feel guilty about hugging your cousin and him giving you a few kisses on the neck? I'm sure he didn't mean it in a sexual way. Talk him about it, talk to you mother as well. I wouldn't suggest talking to your father quite about it, unless you know he's not going freak out about it.

Sounds like he was just trying to cheer you up if they were just pecks on the neck. I know in a lot of families, pecks mean nothing at all. If you feel guilty, however, maybe he was sending off some weird vibes or those kisses were a little too romantic. Talk to him. If he is your cousin/brother, then you should discuss these issues with him.

I suggest that whenever you feel uncomfortable about anything that you should discuss it with a parent or other adult that you are close to and trust. I am thinking that it could have been just a sign of affection since you were upset but if you are feeling gulity speak to someone so they can help you with this. If this action made you uncomfortable, even if it was harmless, then you have the right to express that you don't want it to happen again. Talk to someone and cheer up!

That is how some people kiss. If it wasn't anything that felt sexual or romantic, then there is no problem. BUT, if you did feel violated in a way then you should tell your mom so she can contact him. You don't need to feel guilty wheter it was non-sexual or sexual, because you didn't ask for that to happen nor did you make it happen.

Don't feel guity, he is 21yr and he should know better. Take to him and see where all this kissing came from. With all these things going on in to days world he should which himself he could go to (Gail) you are only 16 year of age. Don't let him done it again somethings our better left lone.

Your cousin just hugged you and kissed you just to console you . Do not make a bib fuss ouer it . It is just casual. You dont have to be guilty for that.

Well if it didn't go any further do not worry about it. I think he was just being nice, you do not always have to give people bad motives. Kiss on the neck is hardly harrassment.

You hugged your cousin or your brother?... hmmm i'm gonna go with if they were pecks don't feel guilty if they were more than that... and he's related i don't care how old he is... thats kinda gross... and 16 and 21 is illegal in most states!!
