It's your daughter's right to marry whoever she loves - to marry a man is natural for a girl. If she's of age she can do it.
To love a man is unnatural for another man - ask the Bible and doctors.
So, you're right - she's crazy.
Tell your wife to respect other people choices - ask her if everyone around her was ok about her marrying you - what would she have done if her parents had told her NO?

I don't think you can make her change her mind if she is racist. What you can do and what your wife SHOULD do is love each one of your children unconditionally. You'll have to provide extra love and understanding to balance out the lack of it from your wife. Good luck. Your kids are lucky to at least have you.
