What are the duties of an Executive Administrator?

I just got offered a job at a tech company and originally the position was Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant. But when I signed my offer letter they changed the position to Receptionist/Executive Administrator.

It generally means an Administrative Assistant to Executive level employees.

Support on all senior members of staff. Not specific your duties are wide. Try and google this.
