The McLaren always outpaced Ferrari in all the four days. Even Lewis Hamilton was faster than Kimi Raikkonen?
Do these testing results reflect upon the grands prix?
Can anyone give me statistical data comparing Mclaren and ferrari in terms of wheelbase and weight

NO!!! Ferrari have "traditionally" been quite slow in their pre-season/pre-race testing but always manage to get the magic formula during the qualifying/race. Besides, each team would have run on different setups and would have been trying out different things. Another reason for them not to be worried is that the engine freeze rule is in place. This translates into good news for both Renault and Ferrari as their engines in 2006 were top of the class while McLaren's was, well, not so good. So while Renault and Ferrari don't have much work to do in the engine area, McLaren have to do a lot of work. If it's any consolation, Kimi was second fastest on the last day of testing. But you just can't say anything about the testing plans. We gotta wait till March 17th (qualifying) to even get a vague idea of the true paces of the Ferrari, Renault and McLaren. Hope this answers your questions!!

THE F2007 wheelbase is 3135mm lenght is 4545mm width is 1796 mm the ferrari is longer than most all other cars i believe hearing. There are no Stats that icould find about the Mclaren available yet but i could be wrong.
Its just testing as well, you gotta figure each team is out there trying out different stuff not just racing each other for the fastest time, they are checkin tyre setups and suspension, overall feel of the car for KIMI since he has different driving style than Michael and Felipe. Just my two cents ..

Testing results do not always reflect upon the grand prix. Each team uses a different set up for testing. Even last year mclaren us at the top of most of the testing but there grand prix performance was not good.
