1. Establish small objectives every day.
2. For every small accomplishment give yourself a reward.
3. Try to do new things, every week. Try something that you wanted to do for a long time but you hesitated. Build up your courage!
4. Read! Read about philosophy, psychology or any subject that interests you and discuss with your friends about what you've read.

Self esteem only builds up with time and with small achievements.

Sometimes only time will heal a problem like this. There was a period and I suspect nearly everyone goes through this at one time or another, in my life too when I felt that way. I found a profession I really loved and it was over. I found something I was really good at and that made the difference. Also good friends can give you confidence in yourself. Hang in there and usually things can only get better. Another very good thing to do is go to church. Try it, you might just like it...

baby steps each small accomplishment and every positive thought repeated build or encourage self esteem .they grow like seeds and are cummulative as well.

U r cloud99 why should u have low self confidence.start mingling with people and don't bother about what people say about u.Be thickskinned.Improve ur knowledge on various subjects as knowledge is power.Then automatically ur confidence improves
