Women have different cycles and so may have different "perfect times". Generally ovulation occurs 11 - 14 days after the first day of the menstrual cycle, some women are sooner, some later. Most women will be able to tell when they ovulate by certain signs and symptoms. Cervical mucous becomes thin and very "stretchy" as opposed to thick and sticky; some women can feel when they are ovulating -a brief sharp pain in the lower abdomen on either side - occuring mid-cycle. Hi, I think the perfect timing to get pregnant is if you make luv on the days between 14- 20 days after your periods, there is high chance of getting pregnant. If you want to get pregnant why wait for perfect timing just make luv whenever you wish and dont take chance for perfect timing. Every time it will be perfect.

before, because the egg's about to drop and therefore the sperm has less distance to travel.
during, because even though the current egg is disintegrated, the new one is forming and can still be fertilized.
right after, because its all ripe and what not.
