talk to her and her doctor there could be something medically wrong with her. Or is she doing something sneaky, in that case sleep on the couch or hide a camera and find out what she is doing. There is a 13 year old girl on here who is preg. So set up a hidden camera and see.

Tell your child that there is no reason he/she should be getting up that many times in a night. if there is a bathroom excuse then I would take my kid to the doctor to get it checked out. but there only should be 1 or 2 times for the bathroom at the most, and occasionally getting up for something to drink. if your child has no bathroom issues then you need to tell the child there will be serious punishments if this behavior continues. dont give your kid a ride to school, no friends over on Friday night, take away the xbox or TV, no allowance or something like that. I hope this helps!

Find out why she/he is getting out of bed. Peeing, hungry, unable to sleep, nightmares, sleep walking? Can't help him/her if you don't know why. If it is something he/she can't control, like biological, then take your child to the doc and make sure that there isn't a medical problem disrupting her/his sleep pattern.
