Just do it without thinking too much about it when it comes.

The more I think, the more I would procrastinate. And once I start procrastinating, there will be no end, or I would only work on the task until I can procrastinate any further.

You could check out the book titled 'Overcoming Procrastination: Or how to Think and Act Rationally in spite of Life's Inevitable Hassles'. It's authored by the famous psychologist Albert Ellis, a pioneer of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and William J. Knaus. I found and purchased the book from a college bookstore, so it's written with students in mind as the target audience. The material is very interesting though not at all entertaining. The book uses real-life case studies to teach cognitive techniques/skills to stop procrastination. If you are interested in investing some time and real thought about the issue of procrastination this book could be of some help. I recommend trying to locate a copy from your local library instead of buying a copy in case you decide you don't like the book. To be honest, I haven't read the entire book straight through. I've owned the book for many years and a couple times I have gotten half way through and then end up not taking time to finish. Kind of funny considering the topic, huh? (lol)

For that and other books on the topic you can visit amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com and type in the keywords 'overcoming procrastination'.

You don't. Some people are procrastinators and will always be. Some people just work better under pressure.

make your mind up one way or the other and just go ahead with your decision and stick to it....takes some practice so you might want to do it on fun things first.
