You can find Vietnamese friends on Yahoo Messenger. Just go to the chat rooms and click Cultures and Community, click on Language, and then finally choose Vietnam. You should be able to meet some decent people there.

i clicked your profile so i assume you are from singapore. besides using the internet chat rooms, singapore is one of the most culturally diverse cities i've ever visited. check the newspapers or local events board to find cultural festivals or gatherings. then go out and make some new friends!
BTW, sang is wrong. you have to check the "red" pages cuz vn is a socialist state ! LOL
