Well, to answer this while helping you understand, we know that B, C, and E are impossible answers. The neutron doesn't have a charge, so it doesn't affect any charges between subatomic particles. We also know that D is not possible, since a positive charge ATTRACTS a negative (just like a magnet). So, we see that A is the only logical choice. Hope this helps.
