COULD i be sued 4 telling the truth as i see it? Or should i just talk in the third person?USING OTHER NAMES ?

If what you say can be considered defamation, then, yes, there are laws to protect the ones whose name you choose to use. This is something that you should do some research on and consider the possible effects deeply before moving on.

Anything you want to say against someone else, you will need to be able to actually prove that it is the truth. Otherwise, you could be found guilty of libel.

The truth as you see might be very far from actuality meaning that yes you might be sued. Of course few publishers would put themselves in the position that they too may be sued so they are likely to refuse to publish your work.

sure you'll be sued, but play a trick using names close to the real ones that one can figure out, but make it smart so that you can find an escape when it hits

You want to write a book or an autobiography.....in the biograph write from yourself ....the other as third party....it doesn't hurt to check any way...ok...

its ur book ...you can write what ever u want in your book....if its fiction....alot of authors are opinionated
