I'm 14, I seriously doubt that I have arthritis.

Yes, I can help you with that. I started having joint pain about 4 years ago.Mine is in my leg sockets. The pain stems from the joint and then the nerves cause the pain to continue down the leg. About 2 years ago I discovered a product at the healt food store that is made by (NOW) liquid glucosamine with MSM 16 oz. sells for about $17.00 at stores you can find it on line for around $10.00-$12.00 This will help if you need immediate relief. I have used it during the middle of the night, and gotton relief in about 20 minutes and able to sleep. I discovered it on Vacation and took it at least 3 times a day and we were walking around Chicago 10 miles a day for 4 days and I never had any joint problems at all. I was very very impressed with the product. With my joint problem, I would have only been able to walk a couple of miles and would have been in pain. I take about 2 tablespoons at one time when I need it. I have gotten to where I don't take it all the time, because it does contain sugar and I don't like that. So I am working on my joint problem by taking Condroitin with glucosamine, Hyaluronic acid and MSM ( Read about these on the internet) all very good for joints. I get really good prices at www.vitacost.com they don't have the liquid glucosamine yet so I get it elsewhere. GOOD LUCK!!

Do you have arthritis? Or perhaps the sciatic nerve is pinched and causing pain from your hip down the back of your leg. You really need to see an orthopedic physician for a diagnosis. I've suffered for years with arthritis and two months ago had a total hip replacement. Then I knew what pain really was! Whatever your problem, you need to find out so that you can at least not make it worse. (why would I be at the computer at 2am if I could sleep???) Good luck. Long term pain is very exhausting.
