I think his nickname is Moose and it just sounded like booing. I think one of the announcers (might have been Nance) said that they were chanting Moose.

They were saying Muuuuuuuuuuuuhs Like MUHSin Muhammed.

espn fan is right. people call him "muuuse" so every time there's a bears game and he makes a big play (which is really every bears game, come to think of it) you hear that chorus of "muuuuse." (or moose, or whatever. It sounds like his name is the point!)

I have always thought this is the source of the one of the jokes in Peyton Manning's visa commercial... the one where the movers drop the piano and Peyton says "they're not saying BOOO, they're saying MOOOOOvers."

THEY WEREN'T BOOING HIM! THEY WERE CHEERING "MOOSE" (his nickname) whenever he did something good, like the Saints do whenever they chant "Deuce" for McAllister when he does something good.
