There is no speeding up of your dial up connection. The connection rate is dependant of your ISP and the physical lines in your house. Even if you could speed up the process the difference you would see from 32k to say 48k cause I have yet to see a true 56k connection you would not even notice. As the previous person said you are better going with DSL or if not available most ISP's that offer phone service will at least have IDSN which would bump you up to 128-200k+ worth looking into.

Hope That Helps!

Dial up is in basic terms inherently sluggish, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it relatively would not cost a lot extra in any respect to get a extra appropriate provider. The quickest I even have discovered so some distance is obvious cellular cyber web. They do on the spot or homestead provider, and that i became into stunned at how a lot swifter it relatively is than the different form of cyber web get admission to i've got used in the previous. it relatively is attainable in Portland on the 2nd yet they're increasing, so i'm specific it is going to likely be on your section quickly.

Dial-up is always slow. If you need speed, pay the extra for DSL/cable. Downloads on dial-up will take forever no-matter what settings you use.
