If I was poor and everyone loved me, surely they would look after me, if I was hungry someone would feed me etc etc etc....

no contest! poor and loved for sure. material posessions that can come with wealth are nice, but love when u need it is imperative! i still believe in the old sayings like a friend in need is a friend indeed! and i couldnt stand to be lonely and feel hated by all, nothing that money can buy can replave the love friendship and affection of friends and family, u can even laugh at your circumstances then, rather die laughing my head off than having chopped off by some disgruntled acquantice!!

I'm already hated by some, so rich sounds nice right about now....but then again, I've been broke for a while so that might be swaying my thoughts. Either way, I don't need to be loved by everyone to be happy.

Poor. Wealth brings in so many other complications. When my Hubby and I went through a bad patch financially, It brought us so close together and I think we can accomplish anything now.

if i was loved by everyone then i dont think id be too poor. since everyone loved me why wouldnt they pay my bills and buy my food, i mean if everyone loved me they wouldnt want me to be poor would they? so id rather be "poor" than hated by everyone
