Seriously, I only have, like, 400 some points, but doesn't somebody owe me a keychain or a tote bag or something?

Absolutely! Just take your Point Certificate to your local Yahoo! (r) Store, and trade it in for any of the fabulous gifts. I got the Hummer!

Talk to anybody you want about cashing in your points. If somebody owes you a keychain or something, I am unaware of it.

Points cannot be used for exchange of goods. The points just indicate your activity level.
