I dont think its Grudens coaching as much as it is the general managing. Gruden has won with teams in the past. All things considered, the Colts wont go 4-12 until payton manning retires.

When the Offensive Line became dismantled and Manning and the receivers where gone, and the team is in Salary Cap hell. 5-6 Years. Gruden is not a bad coach he won with an average QB in Brad Johnson, which is a feat in itself.

Yeah cause it's Jon Gruden's fault the Bucs were miserable this year. Not the fact they had some rookie kid playing QB.
