do vitamins help stop the aging process? And stop gray hair?

nothing stops aging. all science can do is cover it up or give temporary fix to look youthful.

Well, Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant which has been shown to delay the aging process considerably in nematode worms. Unfortunately the last time I checked, I was not a nematode worm. Such antioxidants will help protect you against hard living to some extent, but overall, no vitamins will not stop you aging.

As part of a healthy life though with a fully balanced diet, exercise, no smoking etc I am sure that vitamins can play a role in helping you to live longer, but they are not miracle pills.

No vitamins stop aging and gray hairs, but the only medicine is Testosteron which stop aging, that should take carefully after the laboratory Test for Testoeteron level. if it is below the normal then consult doctor for this medicine, which help in stop aging.

Why could you end? Does the newborn unlike them? i've got given my childrens some form of supplements from day one and nonetheless do at 12 & 9 (they're very choosy eaters). If the drops have fluoride in them (b/c of nicely water) then you do not opt to end. desire this facilitates.

nah.vitamins only "delay" the signs of aging (i.e wrinkles, grey hair)
but nothing can stop aging really.
