hi all, I'm 15 and all my thoughts are of death. Because of that my mood is changing and I'm always having strange feelings. Since I have started thinking of death , I became extremly anxious and I relate everything to death although I hate it and I don't want that it happen to me. I relate the cloudy weather , my mood who is changing from time to time and my feelings to death. While I was sleeping I saw a dream about school and it was pretty long so when I woke up I felt that yesterday was tooo long so I became very very anxious and I thought that I'm dying.
Could anybody help me ?

It sounds like you may have clinical depression. Please talk to your Doctor and explain what's happening. A therapist may also help. During periods of stress, sometimes people think of death as a possible mean of escape. The teen years are rough on most people and it's not unusual for you to have intense feelings of negativity from time to time. The hard part is just sticking it out and not giving yourself completely over to them. You also may be having panic or anxiety attacks. While the cause for them is being found out by your Doctor or therapist, you can be put on some anti-anxiety medication to ease your stymptoms. If you don't want to tell your Doctor what's going on, please talk to someone, a school councellor, a family member, or a friend. Hang in there, it will get better!

As we all turn to thoughts in times of depression, you will feel the darkness encroaching. Don't let it bother you.

Take that moment of death and turn it to a positive. Turn it into living. Make it positive when this happens and try to be positive. It should pass eventually.

Remember we all deal with it. If that doesn't help then get help at school.

whenever thought of death comes in ur mind close ur eyes and take a deep breath and speak the god names or religious poem for 5 min. than u will feel relax.

If you're reluctant to talk to your parents, that's what a school guidance counselor is for. Believe it or not, they are specialists in that kind of "problem".

You're not alone i also have had thoughts of death or running away but after a little bit i realized wat good is that going to do all of us people are here for a reson
