We used to use Netflix for 3 years and never had any complaints. The turn around time is really good. 3 days from the time you put it in the mailbox to when you pull the next one out. The customer service is good. Overall a good value. And I never looked for a movie that they didn't have it.
But we recently switched to Blockbuster because if you return the movie in its mailer at the store you use it as a coupon for a free in store movie rental, plus they check it in with the online service so your next movie is sent out the next day instead of taking a day to get to them before they send it out. In addition to all those free movies you also get one coupon per month that is good for a free movie or game. So you are never without a movie, or 3 movies really! Makes it really easy to have something for everyone to watch available all the time. And their price and mail out time is the same as Netflix. We have had it for 3 months and have been very happy. You can sign up online or in the store for a free 2 week trial.

blockbuster... you get your movies then return them to the store to get a free instore one to tide you over till you get the new one in the mail. one online rental, one instore rental... sweet deal i had it for a while but i don't have a ton of time at home to watch movies anymore.

i would probably say netflix altough i don't use it.
