Did Picard evacuate the forward decks of the saucer section of the Enterprise before he ramed the Reman warbird?

Short of pulling the movie and watching it, I seem to recall the forward hull being evacuated due to a hull breach.

Check 1h 20m 40s into movie. Scimitar damages hull levels 12-17 sections 4-10, Riker orders evacuation of those sections. He then reroutes power to forward shields so I assume the damage is more toward the front of the ship.

I don't think so. I just remember that there was a hole in the ship and that Picard beams over to the other ship and Data follows through the hole. No order was given that I remember.

Now that I think of it, the order was not seen in the movie. Perhaps it happened off screen
