You might have heard/read that Supreme Court allows to look into 9th Schedule through which certain powers are entrusted on Parliament. If the Supreme court is interefering each and every Laws passed by Parliament, it will difinitely be a clash between Parliament (Executive) and Judiciary.

When the Parliament oversteps its limit Who else other than judiciary will check them.
The Judiciary reads and interprets the constitution in the right spirit.When the politicians read between the lines and want to safely hide therein it is for the Judiciary to pull them out.

No interference is allowed among the 3 branches of govt. The role of supreme court is to adjudicate controversies on the validity and constitutionality of the laws passed by parliament.

WHAT DISSCUSED IN PARLIAMENT. ALL SIT. leaders of this country see only their benefits and place/pass questions according their benifits. If the Supreme court is interefering then I think its great for the residents of this country. Alleast some educated personels are interfearing. this is a right signal. we must appreciate it and support this.
