I wake up about twice...at least

Often. Some nights very often. When the demons begin their dances it is best to get up and do something else. I go for walks, read, or the worst choice, get on the computer and let my fingers fly almost as fast as the thoughts screaming around in my head.

I sleep soundly but wake up very early in the morning by my cat, when she announces to the world that she is hungry & that she wants to go out.

sometimes i sleep soundly for 8 hours but then other times i wake up like ever other hour just for a minute or so

i wake up A LOT throughout the night, i really have a bad time sleeping, it might be insomnia or something, but yea i dont sleep soundly, somethings always going on, either i have to pee, or i cant sleep because somethings on my mind, or im not comfortable at all, so, yea.....i cant sleep

as I have gotten older, I sleep less soundly and wake up more often.

WOW. twice? thats terrible! i NEVER, EVER wake up during a sleep session.
i sleep very soundly. i often sleep through my alarm clock!

I sleep during the day time. Usuall the phone rings at least once and I have to get up for a bathroom break occasionally.

Me too, I'm a very light sleeper, I wake up if I hear a pin drop, thats why I need a fan to sleep at night, no matter how cold it is.

i have in common words had worry lately, because I actually were waking up some cases wanting a fulfillment from my inhaler. although, i flow properly lower back to sleep. I hardly if ever ought to get up to flow to the lavatory.
